Isla Macleod, an aspiring music video/film director originally from Hampshire and currently located in London, is recognised as a vibrant and passionate creator with a talent for innovative thinking and versatile adaptability to any genre. As a recent Digital Film Production graduate from Ravensbourne University London, she is determined to showcase her proficiency in writing, directing, and assistant directing. Fuelled by genuine passion and dedicated effort, she aims to expand her skills further, specialising in crafting visually captivating music videos. Drawing from experiences on professional sets like Jazzy’s ‘Giving Me’ music video and collaborations with Warner Music Group offices in collaboration with Atlantic Records, she brings creative visions to life. Her ultimate goal is to create visually stunning art that captivates audiences, pushing boundaries with original and innovative ideas. Believing in boundless creative possibilities through collaboration, Macleod aims to craft visually striking art that captivates audiences with fresh perspectives, pushing boundaries and thinking innovatively. Lapdog Music Video Still – Featuring Celeste Madden in her new music video, Lapdog. Crafted under the direction of Macleod. (Yet to be released). A classic western standoff occurs in the school playground, creating an epic battle between two lifelong, rival, cowboy gangs. Although the battle is made to appear dramatic and realistic, as it plays out in the characters’ heads, reality shows the battle is actually scaled down to children playing in a playground.
