Ethical manufacturing, sustainability and circularity are the key pillars that guide Frankie Francisco's projects. Francisco focusses on challenging the norm in the fashion industry by researching both innovative fabrics and production processes. With a particular interest in biosynthetic, Francisco researches technologies to shift away from the reliance of synthetics. Simultaneously, Francisco researches artisanal, slow crafting methods to guide modern day practices. Francisco practices natural dyeing, eco-printing and crochet which translates into their work.

Francisco also strives to make the outdoors an accessible and inclusive community. By research inclusive strategies to increase representation; they hope to play a part in removing the barriers of access to nature for BIPOC communities.
