Elise A Sunderland

Elise A Sunderland is an avid photographer whose strong passion began when she produced her first image with a DSLR camera over 8 years ago. Discovering that something she witnessed with her eyes could be captured and remembered for a prolonged time fascinated her. Over time she has attempted all genres of photography and reached a point in which she favoured one in particular. Sunderland creates her final works primarily in black and white to exaggerate the hidden meanings that colour can remove and distract from. Currently using a mirrorless camera with various lenses, she shoots within the category of fine art portraiture/fashion with a twist on certain eras of the past. Her ambitious and creative approach to forming the artworks develop with each concept, moulding descriptive and projecting eye catching results that have deeper meaning. Images composed of the chosen themes not only give life to Sunderland’s ideas but also show how dedicated and constructive she can be when a brief is given or when a plan is set. Using her expertise and adoration for this career choice, she decided to present her abilities through her business Fotograbee which folios her past and more recent works that showcase the development from one project to the next. Photography is only one of her many interests, each contribute to making her a dedicated, mature and reliable individual that stands out in her work.
