Clive Kandza-Itsieme

Clive Kandza-Itsieme is a bold, determined, and proactive individual who specialised in directing, production management, and the roles of camera operation and editing during his time at Ravensbourne University London. Having completed a foundation course and continued his education at Ravensbourne University London, in Digital TV Production for his undergraduate degree, Kandza-Itsieme has consistently put considerable effort to explore various roles within the TV industry standards, preparing himself for professional industry work. Within a single academic year, he directed three documentaries, one of which was his practice-based documentary on the topic of autism.

Kandza-Itsieme will be developing leadership skills through City Year, where he will assist students in tackling educational inequality. He hopes to run his after-school and holiday media club and aspires to become a production manager at the BBC through a Level 7 apprenticeship. Alternatively, he is also considering roles in directing or camera operation.
