Akira Welch is a Fashion Communications student who is moving on to study creative direction at UAL. It is a perfect reflection of Welch's technical skills in various art disciplines, from an illustrator who has taken on commissions for the likes of Imaan Gadzhi, moving onto fashion coms where he has learned videography, photography, fashion styling, motion graphics, graphic design and 3D design. These skills have also been applied to Welch's freelance work where he has gone on to work with music producers, song writers and more. Welch is always open to learning new things, exploring different styles and understanding the wider world of the creative industry. His goal is to inspire young creatives to pursue a career in art and design and would one day want to work or collaborate within a large and well respected industry.
